1) We offer a full refund (less return shipping) for any unopened, unused products;
2) You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase to qualify for the refund mentioned above;
3) We do not offer refunds or returns for products with cosmetic damage (small dings on hammock hitches or small chips of paint, small stain on hammock bags, etc.)
